With the purchase of your new home, you’ll receive a copy of the structural home warranty contract explaining coverages as well as a maintenance booklet giving tips on how to care for your home. In addition to these benefits, the warranty is fully-transferable, which increases the resale value of your home.

Specialties (Fireplace)
Keep your home's fireplace working properly. Workmanship warranty coverage includes the fireplace or chimney draw, chimney connection to the house and masonry hearth or facing.
Carpentry
This Warranty provides protection for qualified defects in woodwork including interior and exterior finish carpentry, as well as plywood, joists, wood beams and posts; wood-framed floors, walls and ceilings; and wood sheathing and subflooring.
Finishes (Drywall, Paint, Carpet, etc.)
The warranty provides protection against defects in the drywall, lath and plaster walls and ceilings; hard-surface flooring, bathtubs, showers and countertops; resilient and finished-wood flooring; interior and exterior painting; and carpeting.
Cabinets & Vanities
Keep your kitchen and bathrooms functioning. Warranty coverage includes defects in kitchen and vanity cabinet doors and drawers, as well as high-pressure laminated kitchen and vanity countertops.
Electrical
Rely on proper operation of your home's electrical outlets and switches. The warranty provides coverage on receptacles, fixtures, fuses, ground fault interrupters and circuit breakers.
Thermal & Moisture Protection
Keep your home warm and dry. Coverage includes protection against defects in waterproofing, moisture control and ventilation in basements, attics and roofs; insulation around living areas; exterior wall caulking; and siding, gutters and downspouts.
Masonry
Enjoy the strength of your home's masonry work. Warranty coverage includes workmanship on masonry, brick and stone veneer; concrete block basement walls; and stucco and cement plaster walls.
Site Work (Grading & Drainage)
Make sure water stays away from your home's foundation. The warranty includes protection against defects in the grading established by the builder or seller around backfilled areas within 10-feet of the foundation so surface water drains away from the home.
Mechanical
Warranty coverage protects against defects in your home's essential features. Coverage includes protection against defects in the plumbing and water supply fixtures such as faucets, valves and water pipes, as well as adequacy of the heating and cooling systems.
Foundation & Concrete
Warranty coverage provides protection against defects in concrete basements and foundation walls, basement and attached-garage floors, slab-on-grade floors with finish flooring, stoops and steps; and interior concrete.
Doors & Windows
Make sure your doors and windows fit properly and work smoothly. Interior, exterior and garage doors; doorknobs, deadbolts and locksets; weather-stripping; wood, plastic and metal windows; glass and glazing; and storm doors, windows and screens are covered.
Mechanical (Waste Piping)
Get the coverage you need for smooth-flowing pipes. The systems warranty covers repairs to sanitary sewers, fixtures and waste and drain lines to prevent clogs or poor drainage.
Electrical System (Wiring)
Know that your home's electrical system will accommodate your needs. The systems warranty covers wiring and electrical conductors, ensuring that the home's wiring carries its designed load.
Mechanical (Ductwork)
Depend on fully functioning ductwork to provide a temperature-controlled environment all year long. Systems warranty coverage includes repairs to your home's heating and cooling ductwork if it separates or detaches.
Mechanical (Plumbing)
Keep water flowing in and out of your home. Systems warranty coverage includes waste, vent and water pipe leaks and bursts; heating and air conditioning refrigerant line leaks; and water supply and septic tank system operation.
